Idk a couple of months…it’s not the type of progress you can time really. I did a whole bunch of stuff and that’s what’s important, don’t just hit out 100 crunches, you have to hit all the muscles, so different exercises are needed.
I recommend looking up exercises on YouTube but the key thing is abs are made in the kitchen!
